The Shinsengumi's Hakuōki Hekketsu-roku will have its OAV
On the official website of the soul Hakuōki Hekketsu-roku was announced the production of a video series of 5 episodes which will be launched early this summer. In particular, the series will focus on five Characters: Toshizo Hijikata, Soji Okita, Hajime Saito, Sanosuke Harada, and Heisuke Todo, will be devoted to each of them an episode. As it has done in his previous TV series, this time as the opening theme will be carried out by Yoshioka Aika, while the ending theme will be the work of Maon Kurosaki ( Highschool of the Dead , Toaru Majutsu no Index II).
The series is an adaptation of the video game " Hakuoki Shinsengumi Kitan " created by Idea Factory and addressed to a feminine public: a reverse harem with historical settings and supernatural elements. The visual novel was released under the brand " otome ", and in June of 2010 there was published a new version for PS3 . From the visual novel
were taken two anime series produced by Studio Deen and aired last year ( Maison Ikkoku, Ranma ½ , Fate-stay night , Fruits Basket ), directed by Osamu Yamasaki ( Earth and ... ) and the supervision of Tsunekiyo Fujisawa.
